Day 9

wow what 4 days of no exercise will do to you. Pretty pathetic. Here is how I did: burned 372 calories, ran 3.6 miles in 51:10 minutes. I ran and walked most of it, meaning I would start running take a break to drink water and I just couldn't continue to run. I had to walk and then get up to a jog again. I did run so fast either. Oh geez, the semi-not-so-motivated me is poking through. Well there is always tomorrow
