Six days later and 2nd run in 2 weeks...sad. I felt very lethargic but I managed to do this: Burned 281 Calories and ran 2.41 miles in 32 minutes. I have 3 weeks until the Corporate Challange. Thank goodness my co-worker may be encouraging me to do runs after work...lets see if we actually go through with it.
From this point on I need to run every day and get up my stamina to a consistant 3 mile run.
