I should have gotten out so much earlier than I did. The gym was absolutely booked at 10:30 am. Had I gotten there a little before 9:30 am I would have fine. Oh well so I did a bunch of different things. I ran 11 mins then was kicked off the treadmill because someone had reserved the machine. I then did the eliptical for about 20 mins and as soon as the machine I reserved became available I jumped on the treadmill and this is what I recorded. Burned 296 calories, ran 2.62 miles for 30 mins.
Since I was all warmed up I ran at 5.0 and 5.5 and even 6.0. It felt great! I do enjoy running but unfortunately just stopped doing it. Yay I got a run in before the crazy weekend is upon me.
