4 days and no gym...

My last work out was on Saturday morning and since then I have not gotten any exercise. Boo hooo!!! Sunday I was busy with finalizing the bachellorette fun and after a good shower I headed over to hang out with my mom. In the evening I should have worked on my school project but instead I just chilled with my bf.

I told myself i would get a work out in on Monday and especially a long run but I was on a roll with my school project that I never left until I had to go to school. I worked until late on my project on Monday that Tuesday i definitely was not getting up for the gym and it hasn't helped that I have been in pain. My lower back, my right hip and especially my right thigh. What is going on?!?! I have no idea why I would be in this particular pain. NO idea what so ever. :(

Last night into this morning I was recovering from losing sleep Monday night so I didn't make it in. I feel less pain in my leg so I think at this point I have no excuse for not hitting the gym tomorrow. It sucks but at this rate I have to make it in Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Ideally I will be able to have long runs on Friday, Sat and Sun. So that will be nice. I hope that after being away this many days I can pick up where I left off.

We'll see.
