Though I was still tired and recuperating from life yesterday I actually made it to the gym today. I thought i was going to really struggle but the biggest struggle was getting out of my comfy warm bed. I am still tired today but my body feels strong which is excellent.
Stats for today: burned 272 calories. Ran/walked for 32:13 mins for a total of 2.46 miles. I started off with my speed walking at 4.0 I think I did about 7 mins; then jog at 4.5 for about 5-6 mins; then jogged at 5.0 for about 10 mins and at 5.5 for about 5 mins. Not 100% sure of the breakdown but glad i got at least 30 mins in today. I need to get myself and on a treadmill at 6am on the dot.
Well I get the feeling that today will be a struggle. I do have my crack coffee next to me at this moment so hopefully that will keep me up and going.
