Day 3

So I didn't get up yesterday to work out. I was way too exhausted. I guess waking up two times in a row was enough to do it to me. I just came back from the gym and i feel great. I woke up feeling good then went to feeling shitty thanks to my period, the kind of life i have these days, and what I am not looking forward to. That is a story for a whole other blog.

I ran/jogged today for 42 mins. A total of 3.27 miles and burning off 364 calories. I walked for 10 mins at a 4 incline at 4.0 mph (15 min mile), then lowered the incline and did 10 mins at 4.5, another 10 at 5.0 (12 min miile) and last 5 mins at 5.5. Yup I did 5.5 today and was able to. The hardest part I find is the first 10 mins. I am not a good speed walker. It is actually a bit painful and I struggle, I look forward to jogging. I guess it makes the jogging part feel so much easier which is a good thing to go for.

I am disappointed because I really wish i could dedicate more time to this blog just so that i can jot down my ideas. I still want to do a motivation board with joggers and models with beautiful bodies and clear skin. I also want to jot down all the advantages to this shape up. I could do it now, but i have to really jump into the bathroom so i can head out to Jersey to see my grandma with my parents. Maybe I can do it later.

Well for being semi-inspired I have to say I am not doing so bad...I am already starting to feel great about it and I really don't want to put the pressure of having to look a particular way by a particular day...I just want to feel great and get my body in motion again. All for me!
