I was dressed and ready to head out to the gym and then life happened to get in the way...life always has a way of disrupting my plans. I am not going to let it unmotivate me, tomorrow morning I'll get myself to the gym again. 4-6 times a week is what my goal is. I still have Monday - Saturday.
