Day 2

After a semi- cinco de mayo celebration, I didn't think I would care to work out the next morning, however, i did get up and go to the gym. At this moment i am beyond sleepy but i just wanted to log-on and write down my thoughts....maybe I'll just save them for tomorrow. I really want to write down the advantages to working out besides shaping up...yeah I'll do that tomorrow. I really want to just shut my computer and fall asleep.

So synopsis of my day: I ate healthy. Had some chocolate but nothing crazy as I can do.
I worked out for 32 mins on the treadmill.
10 mins at 15
10 mins at 13.19
10 mins at 12
burned 266 calories; walked/ran 2.38 miles.
Eventually I will be running all 2.38 miles...but baby steps.
