So I did manage to do a few exercises in the morning but other than that no run was done. I cannot get up in the morning and I cannot get myself to bed any earlier. After work it was extra humid and therefore I really didn't want to run and I had to go to my mother's to pick up an important letter. By the time I got home it was late and I needed to get dinner started. I was looking at crock pot dinners and it might be a good idea to invest in one. It would be nice to get home to a cooked meal.
I ate well. Here is the breakdown:
iced 1% latte with 2 raw sugars
Breakfast:
Steel cut oats with raisins and chia seeds
3 hard boiled eggs
Lunch:
Organic chix club with side salad. I ate most of the bread not the edge and not all the chicken
Snack:
1 tiny milky way
1 tiny musketeer
banana
Dinner:
small tamales with chipilin and loroco
black bean soup with moz
bites of watercress salad
ricotta, moz, and spinach/onion quesadilla
I think that was all of it.
