I am about to head home and I'm keeping my mind focused on making sure I do a run today. I should be resting but being that I didn't run either Wednesday or Thursday, I will get in the easy run I should have done on Wednesday today. I don't want to over do it as I will need my energy for the 18 miler I will be tackling tomorrow. Fun. I will make sure to get to bed at a good time, I will make sure to get up and have a good breakfast and I will make sure to take my frozen snickers to fuel around mile 16 -17. I hope they stay frozen for that long but know they will not. Last year I did 18 miles in 3 hours and 14 mins well more like 3 and 15. I hope I can get it done in no more than 3:30. I don't want to be that far off my mark. I'm nervous I really am but I'm excited about it.
Well as for today I was better about the carbs than yesterday...kinda.
Breakfast:
steel cut oats with raisins and fat free milk
2 hard boiled eggs mostly egg whites
crack of dawn granola bar
small 2% latte
small chix caeser salad
0% fage yogurt blueberry and acai
mini snickers
mini twix
banana
I will have my leftover for dinner
