Today I'm motivating to run or walk or jog or something. I'm just dressed and going out side to do something. At work I was trying to keep myself convinced that I would run then at the end of the day and when I get home I so do not want to run. i somehow managed to get workout clothes on and I'm going to head out....now. See you when I get back. I want to get back to eat and watch Big Brother 15!! See you in a bit.

hello again...for the 100th time
Wow I had completely forgotten about my blog. Today my honey asked me about blogging and to show her how to go about it and I remembered my own blog. I come here and it has been a whole year since my last post. Well I have managed to maintain my health, weight, fitness...but I do feel I am not as strong as last year. Actually I'm training for the NYC marathon again and hopefully this year I will get to do it. I don't want to spend too much time on getting caught up but I want to definitely get back on track and back to keeping track of my improvements, if any.
