Post Tuesday run

So I have been dealing with that slight swelling issue and it is still slightly swollen but it doesn't hurt. Not sure what to make of it. I have basically been off my feet, meaning not running, the past 2 days. I didn't recover run after our killer "16" miler. Yesterday our group met again and I was so happy that it was just a good ole MGP run. So we did about 6 miles of just easy running. YAY! Well in reality we ran harder than MGP and my pace according to MapMyRun was 10:33, however, it felt comfortable.

My foot was a bit sore afterwards but I iced it a tiny bit last night and last night and today I have been wearing a compression brace on it. Hopefully that will help. I will ice it some more tonight. I will also do my easy 4 miler at about MGP or slower.

Now the one concern I have is that my BM has changed....no longer in the morning. Hmm I do not like that and it will need to change by Saturday morning because I need to get it all out before I run. :) Gross I know but hey it is all a part of the running business. :)
