coffee from the office with lowfat milk and 2 raw sugars
had a short bread cookie from canada a colleague brought
2 hard boiled egg white part
3 crackers
cheddar cheese stick
lunch
sushi roll - spicy tuna with ginger wasabi and soy sauce
fage yogurt
snack
kind chocolate and sea salt bar
pineapple
Well it is time to get ready for my run. I'll try to write about it once i get home.
