Tuesday pre-run

Time to get ready and into my running gear yet i'm feeling nervous. Not sure why. I was good about eating somewhat today and I even did some exercises this morning but I do have to finish tonight. My biceps are a tiny bit sore from either the tricep dips and/or pushups and wall pushups from yesterday and today.

Todays food log:
Breakfast
steel cut oats, raisins, and low fat milk

snack
coffee from the office with lowfat milk and 2 raw sugars
had a short bread cookie from canada a colleague brought
2 hard boiled egg white part
3 crackers
cheddar cheese stick

lunch
sushi roll - spicy tuna with ginger wasabi and soy sauce
fage yogurt

snack
kind chocolate and sea salt bar
pineapple

Well it is time to get ready for my run. I'll try to write about it once i get home.
