battle with portions

So I eat very healthy but i just eat too much. I do over-indulge. I need to put myself in check. I need to not skip meals and I need to eat small meals. I am going to aim to eat oatmeal and hard-boiled eggs and cheese and greens every day along with loads of water. I do not want to over eat this week at all. Food is fuel!!!!

I also picked up my vitamins so I will be taking my vitamins like the dr said.
