I swore I was ready to run a marathon...and after 10 minutes my heavy breakfast snuck up on me completely messing up my flow. :( I stuck it out by walking and then I ran very slowly. I was able to stay on the treadmill for 4.5 miles and 1 hour...not too bad.
So here is how I did. Burned 504 cal by walking and jogging 4.59 miles in 65 Minutes.
I want to just be able to run at least 2 miles already at a normal speed. My knees were burning a but and I'm sure it is because of the length of time I did.
This week I want to get to the gym and walk 10 mins and run 20 mins at 4.5. I am going to take it slow
