Day 29

Started with 13.5 miles on elliptical. Funny how I really didn't want to start running and was hoping to maybe just maybe get on an elliptical machine and sure enough i was lucky enough to do so. Unfortunately it was not the best machine but it did the job. Was on it for about 15 mins.
Afterwards I ran and it felt good. I started at 5.0 and even did interval of 5.5. I am pushing myself. On the treadmill, I burned 273 calories running 2.28 miles in 28 Minutes.

At the end of the week, I didn't run every day for at least 30 mins as i hoped but then again I am doing my salsa styling class and tango now so my body definitely needs to get use to that.
I also did some lunges when I was stretching and my legs are still hurting today Monday 7/12. I need to do it more often.
