Day 27

Made it to the gym this morning eventhough I did try to talk myself out of it. I jogged very slowly but at least I did get up and I ran. Again my goal this week is to get up every day and do a light run in the morning. I have to keep pushing forward. Luckily I have a set of vitamins at my job so i was able to take my multivitamin but i completely forgot my folic and b-complex. I'll have to take them with din din.
I am happy because I made oatmeal and made a hard boiled egg and so far i've eaten both. I had my oatmeal with banana and raisins. I had my snack, hard boiled egg with 5 crackers and a 2% milk cracker barrel cheese. My tummy is rumbling...think that something may not be right but so far am okay so not sure... I'm just glad I feel good and light. I actually felt full when eating the egg and crackers. :)

So today I burned 248 Calories running/walking 2.21 miles in 31 minutes. I ran 5.0 for about 4 mins but otherwise walked 10 mins at 4.0 then ran at 4.5 and ended it at 5.0. I will keep this up this week and next week i can hopefully push myself. :)
