I will slowly build up back to where I once was. It's frustrating but I have to really be patient with myself. My dr's appt is on Saturday and so we'll find out what is going on.
For this week I just want to run 3 times. So far i've put in 2 runs, and Sat will be my 3rd. I will try to run outside.
