Hardly motivated, but trying to shape up and get my energy back.

Day 28
Did slightly better. Did intervals at 5.0 just to get myself use to it again. For the last 10 mins I did 2 mins at 5.0 and 1 at 4.5.
Overall burned 264 calories in 2.35 miles done in 32:05 mins.
