Yesterday and Today

So yesterday I ran in the morning. I took it easy. I went for a walk during lunch and after work I went to jog in Central Park with a coworker and the Team in Training crew. Woah lots of exercise! I didn't go today as I didn't want to push it. I will run tomorrow morning and take it easy again and then will prepare for THE run tomorrow. A bit nervous but I'm sure it will be okay.

i was pleasantly surprised that I was able to run as I did yesterday. I really had no idea of my capability until yesterday since I do most of my running on the treadmill. I did run outside at the beginning but was not successful at being consistant.

Well once I got home I had leftovers. BBQ chix with brown rice and a yummy salad (baby spinach, onions, goat cheese, red onions, craisins, walnuts, tomato, balsamic and olive oil).

This morning i had a bowl of cereal with half a banana. then i got to work had a coffee and 5 crackers with strawberry jelly. Lunch was salad with a red wine vinigar dressing, mushrooms, olives, red peppers and small pepperoni pizza and then the cheese of a tomato pizza. I had 2 macadamia nut cookies and about 1.5 cup of coke...bad bad! oh well I'll have a light din din. OH and I forgot i had about a cup of lucky charms dry. :)

No workout or walk today because of yesterday's run and work. But I may see about getting some type of walk in tonight or stretch or something. I have to prepare for tomorrow. Nervous and excited!
