Day 21 and breakfast

4 days later I am back at the gym. No headache, no tummy ache..yeah!
here is how I did: burned 261 jogging/walking 2.3 miles in 31 mins. I took it easy since I will be running later today with Lindsay and Lis in Central Park. lets see how I hold up. :-/
Kinda nervous.

I actually made oatmeal today...its been forever.
~1/2cup of dry oats soaked in 1/2 cup of water
1.5 cups of 1% milk with 2 tsp of cinnamon
1/4 cups of raisins

Yum!
