So after my jog/walk on Saturday I ended up with a terrible headache that didn't go away fully until last night. I was feeling weak and fatigued and my head all achy. During brunch I took a shot of Geritol and some tylenol and it helped. Geez do i really need to do all that to feel better??
I hate to say it but I hope the dr finds something wrong with me because I just cannot take feeling as crappy as I have been feeling. I am going to get home today and eat small amount of meat but loads of greens!
Unfortunately today I mostly ate cashews. I had a good breakfast...1/2 cup of oj at home. Then a yogurt, banana, blueberries and all bran buds. Then coffee. I attempted to eat my lunch leftovers but total yuck. I had hibachi seafood and i picked through most of it and just couldn't finish it. I just ate more cashews...bad bad...I didn't even drink enough water...I will have to make up for it throughout the rest of the day.
I didn't get up to jog today but lets see if i can get myself to the track today or i will just wait until tomorrow morning to run.
I want to get back into this and not have excuses as to why i can't run anymore. ugh!!!!
