Ugh!!!! I didn't run this weekend. My body went into ultra lethargic mode. I mean it took quite a bit to motivate to do anything. My body literally felt heavy. I even took a nap on Saturday...a nap! I don't take naps.
Last night I set myself up to run this morning. I prepared my clothes in the living room so that i could be ready to get up and go...well nope that didn't happen. I woke up around 4am with the worst headache ever. I thought it was the 2 hard ciders I had last night but later realized that my sinuses were actually the culprits. I still have a mega headache will take tylenol in a bit. I have a walk this afternoon but i'm even tempted to ditch that. I am feeling sooooo bummed about how I feel.
In addition to my tiredness and now headache, I have really come to terms that I am just eating incorrectly. Yesterday I had a burger, fries, hard cider, and cake for dinner and dessert. And so far already I had a piece of dark chocolate. I do think I need to keep track of what I eat in addition to what I am doing. Thankfully so i can text my entries so that should make it easy to keep track of my food. So I am going to do that for at least a week. I need to prepare food the night before and I need to stick to it. I need to feel better about myself from the inside out.
