I didn't run this morning. I didn't sleep well and so I did not want to wake up. I can run after work. More like I will run after work. A 3 mile run is in the schedule.

I had a truffle.
Lunch: I went out and picked up some sushi. It was salmon with avocado wrapped in brown rice. I had soy sauce and pickled ginger. Later I had 1/2 grapefruit and a small piece of candy cane. I picked up a salad but was really full after the sushi. I picked on it because I felt sick but that was a bad idea. I think it was just stressed that had me feeling off.
So I ran. More like I struggled. I had to fight with my Garmin Forerunner. I had to struggle with my shirt. I had to walk a few times. My right leg was so shaky. I cannot wait to get back into running shape and to just get stronger. I definitely tasted my salad as I ran. I knew it was a bad idea. I am glad I never picked up a frappuchino or had my smoothie before the run.
Dinner
2 slices of bread with peanut butter and raspberry jelly. A little more jelly and peanut butter than i probably should have used but oh well. I also had the rest of the spinach smoothie from yesterday.

Breakfast

My goal is to drink more water and watch what I eat. If I'm eating that peppermint truffle no more sweets after that. Have to try and cut out the sugar again. Today I weighed 136. I know I shouldn't weigh myself when I have my period but I need to have a starting point.
I have been good about drinking water. Unfortunately I waited too long for lunch.
Lunch
Organic chicken club 1/2 the sandwich
A side salad with way too much dressing. Balsamic dressing.
Less an 1/4 of a grapefruit
May have eaten too much. Was really ready to eat the whole sandwich but stopped myself. Oh yeah I am starting to feel the full belly feeling. Want to hit the gym tonight for some bike time but may do a wii game instead and do legs at home.
It is so sad how despite not being hungry I just want to eat the rest of my sandwich and I am trying my hardest to resist. Water water until the temptation is gone. I may lose weight in just one week if i cut these bad habits. Lol.
Got home and worked out on my wii. Do I really need the Bosu ball when I have the wii balance board? I don't think so. I think I will do ok without it for now. I didn't work out much but I did get a good leg and balance workout. I am weakest on my right. Odd considering I am a righty.
I had a spinach smoothie. Flour tortilla with hummus and I recalled I had half my sandwich from lunch so I ate it. I think I overdid it with the sandwich so that I will call my boo boo of the day.
I didn't get any cardio and my strength training should have been a bit more extensive and intense but at least I did exercise.
