Thursday workout, making up Wed workout.

Alpine Pass work out
Total of 315 cal burned. Biked 52 minutes but didn't record total mileage. I tried a new workout and I did alpine pass work out. Feels good. Every time I get on the bike at the gym, I wish I had an actual bike to take outside.

Not only did I work out but I also tried a new recipe I received in an email from Tasting Table. Espinacas a la Catalana (Catalan Spinach). I loved it. I could have done a better job given more time but if my quick sloppy attempt was good then I know I will love it more when I make it slowly and less rushed. I ate the whole thing! See the picture of it on the left. Yummers!!!
