So after a whole week of not jogging first due to making up sleep and not being able to get up in the morning. Then thanks to a mosquito bite gone wrong. I was able to make it to the track today again and it was colder out. Hey well if I am going to be running on Dec 31st at midnight I better get use to the cold. I do need to get better gear though so i'll have to do some shopping for that.
I ran 4 miles again struggled at first but did almost every mile at about 10:30-10:45. I actually managed to do 1 miles in under 10 mins. It was very windy and I think that motivated me to push myself through it. I just want to be able to jog the 4 miles straight...I have a little over a month and I really hope to be able to do it. I need to get myself up and running my usual 2-3 miles every morning and maybe in 2 weeks I can see 4 miles in one shot...hmmm I hope so. I hope my vacation doesn't throw me too off track.
Well I hope to do go....lets see how it goes.
