So after a whole week of not jogging first due to making up sleep and not being able to get up in the morning. Then thanks to a mosquito bite gone wrong. I was able to make it to the track today again and it was colder out. Hey well if I am going to be running on Dec 31st at midnight I better get use to the cold. I do need to get better gear though so i'll have to do some shopping for that.
I ran 4 miles again struggled at first but did almost every mile at about 10:30-10:45. I actually managed to do 1 miles in under 10 mins. It was very windy and I think that motivated me to push myself through it. I just want to be able to jog the 4 miles straight...I have a little over a month and I really hope to be able to do it. I need to get myself up and running my usual 2-3 miles every morning and maybe in 2 weeks I can see 4 miles in one shot...hmmm I hope so. I hope my vacation doesn't throw me too off track.
Well I hope to do go....lets see how it goes.

Jog on the track
So it is a beautiful day out...it's November so we won't be having many of these kind of days. With a little of external motivation I got myself dressed and drove to my local college track. It was relatively empty and so there was no pressure on going fast or traffic to slow you down. It was nice.
I ran 4 miles and walked a total of 1 mile. The best timing for a mile was 10:32:09 not bad. My prior mile I had jogged in 10:45 so I was able to shave off over 10 secs...nice! Okay not a BIG deal but it's big for me. My goal is to be able to run the 4 miles consecutively. I jogged 2 miles, walked 1 lap, ran another mile, walked 1 lap, ran the last mile and walked .5 mile. The last mile I jogged felt great! My first 2 I was struggling but I guess that was because my body was warming up. Feel great!
Now I just need to eat right! I feel like I'm getting heavier and eating more. Need to adapt my eating style to my new appetite.
California in 9 days...lets see if I can decrease at least 1 lb.

Day 5
Actually made it to the gym today but didn't have my phone so i couldn't record what I did. I struggled a bit cause I was tired but I did it. I pushed through it.
